My Philosophy:
My philosophy has always been that cheerleaders are students first, cheerleaders second. A cheerleader is a positive role model not only on the mats, but in her school. I am very passionate about developing positive attitudes in the cheerleaders I coach and hope that I can be a strong influence in their lives. My favorite part of coaching is when a cheerleader uses the excuse “I can’t.” This gives me the opportunity to show them the proper technique to the skill, and show them that YES THEY CAN! In the end, they’ve gained another cheerleading skill and turned their “I Can’t” into I CAN!
