Taylor Childers, Tiny Assistant Coach

I am the Assistant Coach for the Tiny cheer squad at Champion All-Stars.  I started cheerleading at age 8, and continued until the end of my 8th grade year.  When I was asked to coach at Champion, I could not have been more thrilled. I have always loved kids and enjoy watching them improve each and every day. I like to have fun with the cheerleaders, but at the same time maintain a level of respect and discipline.  I often see myself in many of the cheerleaders, which I believe helps me relate to their fears and help them accomplish their goals not only as an individual, but also as a team.
